Marc Braithwaite (2016-2019)

Marc joined the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design as College Director in August 2016. He brought extensive administrative experience to the College having served in senior roles with Saint Mary’s University (Sobey School of Business), Dalhousie University, the University of Toronto and the University of Prince Edward Island.  Marc is a graduate of both the University of New Brunswick (BBA) and the University of Guelph (MBA).

Throughout his professional career, Marc’s area of concentration has been Student Affairs and Services as well as business operations within the post-secondary environment. He has held leadership roles in the design, construction and operation of numerous campus facilities including student residence buildings, sport and recreation projects as well as food services and student centre facilities. Marc has served on the board of a number of regional and national post-secondary associations, most recently as President of the Atlantic Association of College and University Student Services.

Marc’s passion is engaging in outdoor activities with his young family and tackling the big chores using his collection of farm tractors.
