Monica Basque

Monica is originally from Neguac, New Brunswick, and moved to Moncton to pursue her post-secondary education. She studied Psychology at the Université de Moncton and earned a diploma in Office Administrator from Oulton College.

After graduation, Monica began her career at Concept Staffing in Moncton, where she held roles in human resources, account management, and accounting. In 2013, she became the owner of Concept Staffing Inc., where she continued to grow her expertise in sales, customer service and business operations.

With over 20 years of professional experience including a decade as an entrepreneur Monica joined the NBCC Foundation Inc. in 2025 as their Accounting Coordinator. In this role, she brings her passion for numbers and efficiency for the organization.

Monica is known for her outgoing personality and strong leadership skills. Outside of work, her greatest joy is spending time with her family, who are at the heart of everything she does.
