Berthe J. Arseneault (2006-2020)

Mrs. Arseneault is best described as a passionate leader; she strived to help as many students attending the New Brunswick community colleges: the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC), the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) and the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD). She was a valuable staff member of the Foundation since 2006 and has contributed to its success.
A CCNB-Bathurst graduate in Computer Science Technology, she has a vast experience in project management from implementing new systems (Online Bursary Application Form and its management, Recipient Receipting Application, Donor and Pledge Database, its reports and official donor receipts), to developing policies, processes, and, the Foundation websites in both official languages, to successfully administrating the Bursary, Scholarship & Award Programs, to keeping excellent Records and Books, and to producing the yearly Annual Report and Recipient List.
As a Government of New Brunswick civil servant of 35 years (15 with the Foundation), she retired in December 2020. A few of the most memorable positions: PC Coordinator, Budget Officer, Records Management Coordinator, Ergonomic Coordinator, Provincial Scholarship Coordinator, Website Designer, Purchasing Officer, Software Trainer, Building Warden, Second Language Services Proficiency Certificate Manager, Records Management Coordinator, DPETL Departmental Joint Health and Safety Committee Member, Practicum Supervisor and Business Coach.
